Terms and Conditions

1)  Only registered conventioneers and Facebook auditors of the 2021 National Barbie® Doll Collectors Virtual Convention may participate in this auction.

2)  In order to bid on an item, you must be registered with this website.  Registration can be found here or clicking on the "Registration/ Login" button in the upper right hand corner.

3)  Once a user has created a user registration account, it will be validated against the list of 2021 conventioneers and auditors. The registration account will be rejected if the email address does not belong to a registered 2021 conventioneer or auditor.

4) This is a live auction similar to eBay.  The person who has bid the highest amount, when time expires for the item, will win the item. If you have been outbid, you may place another bid.  Bidders will receive an email/text when they have been out bid. The email/text is based on what information was provided when the bidder created their account. Like eBay, a maximum dollar amount can be entered and the auction site will increase your bid until the maximum amount is reached.

5)  Winner will pay for the item using the credit card that was entered when their account was created on this website.  All winning bids must be paid in US Dollars.

6)  Freight will be paid separately by the winning bidder and paid directly to the donor of the item.  Within each item description it states which country the item is being shipped from.  This may be an overseas location for some items.  Conversation about the freight will take place between the donor and the winning bidder.

7)  Only the credit card entered during the creation of the bidder's registration account will be allowed as payment for the auction item.  No checks, money orders, cash, or other credit cards will be accepted.  Method of payment used for the freight charge, payable to the donor of the auction item, must be arranged with the donor separately.
